Core Tech 365 started in 2015 when our founder Shadi Alsaoub left a senior IT director role at a large enterprise. He'd spent years watching small businesses struggle with IT — either overpaying for enterprise solutions that didn't fit, or making do with unreliable freelancers.
He started with three clients and a simple promise: enterprise-grade IT, built for the way SMBs actually work. That meant flat-rate pricing, proactive support, and a team that actually picks up the phone.
